I. To promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding between new immigrants in Taiwan and various ethnic groups, and to build a social environment where diverse ethnic groups participate together, the Kainan University USR Project "AI New Vision Era", the Kainan University Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project, the Department of Film and Creative Media, and the Department of Information and Communication are jointly organizing the "Multicultural New Images Film Festival Second Student Image Creation Competition and Kainan's Beauty Tenth Photography Competition".
