Description:
I. To enhance the English expression abilities of senior high school students and cultivate a strong language foundation for international engagement,
this bureau is organizing the aforementioned event. Schools are requested to conduct preliminary competitions by October 2, 2026,
and recommend participants based on the number of classes for the regional finals.

II. The registration period for the aforementioned regional finals (details in the implementation plan) is from 8:00 AM on September 11, 2026,
to 5:00 PM on October 2, 2026. All registrations for the regional finals of this competition must be completed online. For registration procedures,
please visit the official competition website at
