III. If a student is unable to attend an exam due to official leave, bereavement leave, or personal serious illness/accident, they must complete the leave application procedures at the Student Affairs Office. After approval, they must submit proof to the Academic Affairs Office for registration and complete the make-up exam application procedures at the Academic Affairs Office at least 2 class days before the exam, in order to arrange the make-up exam. In case of sudden serious illness, emergency, or accident, the student must inform their homeroom teacher or call the Academic Affairs Office by 8:00 AM on the day of the exam. Students who are absent without approved leave will be marked as absent, and their missed exams will be graded as zero.

Make-up exam students should go directly to the Academic Affairs Office for the make-up exam by 8:00 AM on the morning of the make-up exam. They are not allowed to enter the classroom and must participate in the make-up exam according to the schedule, otherwise, the missed exams will be graded as zero.

If the leave date for regular assessment exceeds the first class day after the end of the exam period, students must proactively apply for a make-up exam at the Academic Affairs Office by 8:00 AM on the first class day after returning from leave. Otherwise, the missed exams will be graded as zero.
