Description:
I. PD-Elite is a professional educational development organization established in Singapore in 2025, dedicated to planning and promoting professional learning activities in education.
It designs practical teacher training and professional development programs based on international educational research and the needs of the educational field.
The organization organizes various educational conferences, workshops, and customized professional development courses in the Asia-Pacific region to foster professional exchange and teaching innovation among educators.

II. This "SHIFT Learning Conference" is the first in a series of regional training events in the Asia-Pacific, held in Tainan, Taiwan. It invites international educators and school leaders to participate.
Through thematic workshops and practical sharing sessions, it explores contemporary educational issues and promotes professional growth for teachers in areas such as instructional design, learning assessment, and student development.
與學校領導人共同參與，透過主題式工作坊與實務分享，
探討當代教育重要議題，促進教師在教學設計、學習評量
與學生發展等面向之專業成長。
III. To promote teacher professional development and introduce international educational resources, our school is collaborating with PD-Elite to jointly organize the "Shift Learning Conference Tainan 2026" international educational training event.
The training is scheduled to take place from April 11th to April 12th, 2026, at Wilson International Elementary School, Tainan.
This is one of the few all-English training sessions in Taiwan for educators at all learning stages, offering a rare opportunity.

IV. This training features international guest speakers delivering lectures in English, with two sessions offering bilingual support. Two major learning tracks are planned: "Social-Emotional Learning" and "Building Literacy Skills."
Through multiple workshops and practical exchanges, teachers will deepen their understanding and application of student learning and teaching strategies.
