1. On-campus application period: From now until March 20, 2026.
2. Application methods:
(1) [Paper application] Please fasten the attached documents with a paperclip at the top left corner:

(2) 1 copy of the transcript for the first semester of the 114th academic year (original, or photocopy of the original with the school's seal, or transcript issued by the school. GPA should be calculated from the percentage score, please provide the GPA table).
(3) 1 copy of the student ID card with the registration stamp for the second semester of the 114th academic year, or the original proof of enrollment.
(4) 1 copy of the proof of low-income, middle-low-income, special circumstances, vulnerable children and adolescents, or disability certificate issued by the county/city government or township/town/district office in 2027 (for the applicant or the applicant's parents).
(5) Fill out the 2027 scholarship application form, copy of the student's ID card (if the junior high school student does not have an ID card, please attach the health insurance card, and attach the household registration transcript for the health insurance card), copy of the financial institution (post office) passbook, and consent for personal data usage.
(If the student does not have a passbook, please provide the ID card and passbook copy of the student's relative for remittance purposes).

3. Eligibility:
(1) Household registration location: Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Keelung City, Yilan County, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, Miaoli County, Hualien County, Taitung County.
(2) Full-time students enrolled in public or private universities, colleges, senior high schools, vocational high schools, and junior high schools in Taiwan with formal academic status, and who are not receiving public funding.
(3) Students aged 25 (inclusive) or younger enrolled in
A. Universities/Colleges: Students in public or private universities, 2-year colleges, 4-year colleges, 2-year vocational programs, and 4th or 5th year of 5-year vocational programs (excluding: evening programs, continuing education bachelor's programs, in-service specialized programs, and graduate students).
B. Senior High Schools/Vocational High Schools: Students in public or private senior high schools, vocational high schools, and 1st to 3rd year of 5-year vocational programs (excluding: evening programs and vocational continuing education students).
C. Junior High Schools: Students in 1st to 3rd year of junior high school.
4. Number of scholarships and amounts:
(1) University/College: 1,400 recipients, NT$5,000 each.
(2) Senior High School/Vocational High School: 1,100 recipients, NT$3,000 each.
(3) Junior High School Students: 800 recipients, NT$2,000 each.
5. Application documents (required materials): Please refer to the unit's regulations and application form for details.
6. Other notes: Please fill out the application form truthfully. Incomplete or false information, or incomplete documents will not be accepted.
