Description:
I. Eligibility:
(1) Teacher Group: Full-time, part-time, and retired teachers with R.O.C. nationality from public and private schools at all levels, who hold a teaching certificate or an appointment letter from a registered school.

(2) Student Group: Currently enrolled students with R.O.C. nationality from domestic and international schools at all levels.
Furthermore, according to Article 18 of the "Regulations for the Implementation of Non-School-Based Experimental Education at the Senior High School Level and Below":
those who have not enrolled in senior high school and obtained student status,
may have their names included in the list of students participating in experimental education by the applicant for experimental education,
and upon approval by the competent authority of the municipality or county (city), a student status certificate may be issued,
and they may also participate.
II. Categories and Items for Selection:
(1) Teacher Group:
1. Drama Scripts (Modern Drama Scripts and Children's Drama Scripts)
2. Short Stories
3. Essays
4. Poetry (Modern Poetry)
5. Fairy Tales
(2) Student Group:
1. Drama Scripts (Modern Drama Scripts and Children's Drama Scripts)

3. Essays
4. Poetry (Modern Poetry)
III. Notes: Winners of the "Excellence" award in this competition are not eligible to participate in the same category in the following year. This refers to the same category; the following year means the next year. Therefore, regardless of whether it is the "Modern Drama Scripts and Children's Drama Scripts" or "Traditional Drama Scripts" in the alternating competition of the following year, they are all under the category of Drama Scripts; "Modern Poetry" and "Classical Poetry" are both under the category of Poetry.

IV. The works submitted for the Ministry of Education Literary Creation Award must be original works of the participant and protected by copyright, not generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

V. Submission Period: From March 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026. The process involves online registration first (URL:
