Announcement regarding the application for the 2025 academic year, second semester, scholarship for outstanding underprivileged students in Chiayi County.

I. Eligibility: Students registered in Chiayi Countyfor 6months or more, attending senior high schools or above (excluding graduate students, evening classes, etc.), with financial difficulties and meeting academic standards( Academic and conduct scores80points, physical education scores70points or above), and who are not receiving public funding or other similar scholarship subsidies, may apply for the scholarship.，而未享有公費或其他同性質獎學金補助者，得申請獎學金。
II. On-campus application deadline:115year3month23day( Monday )before submitting all required documents to the registration office.
III. Application documents:
(I) Application form1copy.
(II) Original transcript of the previous semester or a photocopy with the school's official seal1copy.
(III) Photocopy of household registration1copy.
(IV) Proof of financial hardship:1.Those who possess a certificate of low-income household or low-middle-income household issued by the township (township, city) office for the current year.2.Those whose families have experienced changes leading to financial difficulties, with a certificate issued by the homeroom teacher.3.Those whose family income is limited and have difficulty affording student expenses, with a certificate issued by the homeroom teacher.
After all the above documents are prepared, they will be compiled and reviewed by the applicant's school before being forwarded to the Chiayi County Government for review. All submitted documents must be filled out item by item according to the specified format. Incomplete, late, or individually submitted applications will not be accepted. All documents will not be returned.
