I. In accordance with the letter from the Open Culture Foundation, dated January 16, 115 (Republic of China calendar), Ref. No.:
11501160001. The foundation's letter and poster are attached as Annexes 1 and 2.

II. The aforementioned annual conference is scheduled for March 28 (Saturday) of this year (115) at the Humanities and Social Sciences Building, Academia Sinica.
High school, vocational school, and university students interested in information technology are invited to register.

III. Online registration will open on January 25th. Online streaming will also be available on the day of the conference.
