Description:
I. In accordance with the letter No. 1151000349 from National Kaohsiung Normal University dated January 12, 115.

II. The aforementioned competition is guided by our agency and the National Science and Technology Council, and jointly organized by National Kaohsiung Normal University, National Center for High-Performance Computing, National Museum of Natural Science, National Taiwan Science Education Center, National Science and Technology Museum, National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium, National Museum of Marine Science and Technology, and the Marine National Park Headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior.

It invites teachers and students interested in science to explore and solve real-life issues from a scientific perspective through scientific idea generation, data collection and understanding, inquiry, and expression, thereby cultivating scientific narrative abilities.
過科學問題發想、資料收集與理解、探究及表達，以科學
的角度解答來解決生活議題，培養科學敘事能力。
III. The competition categories are divided into Elementary School Group (grades 4-6), Junior High School Group, General High School Group, Vocational High School Group, Teacher Group, and College/Social Group. In addition, to encourage participation from female, new immigrant, indigenous, rural, and island students in scientific inquiry, a bonus point mechanism is in place.

IV. Competition registration period: January 16 to April 9, 115.
V. Submission deadline: March 1 to April 10, 115, 12:00 PM.
VI. Announcement of finalists: May 11, 115.
VII. The total prize money for the competition is over NT$1.6 million. The top 15 participants in each group will be awarded certificates of recognition (including their advisors) and prize money from our agency. Works scoring 70 points or above will receive a certificate of selection from the organizing committee.
