Description:
I. To reward and cultivate talent in illustration and text creation, inspire all-around artistic creation, and promote
parent-child reading and enrich students' artistic cultivation and imagination, the national student picture book
creation contest is specially organized.
II. Winners of this contest will receive a certificate of commendation from the Ministry of Education, as well as cash prizes
as encouragement. All enrolled students are eligible to participate. The contest is divided into the following groups: elementary school lower and middle grades,
elementary school upper grades, junior high school, senior high school (vocational), and college/university. The submission
period is from March 1, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (postmark date applies; late submissions will not be accepted). All submissions must be made online.
III. To achieve the benefits of promoting art education, the principals and supervising teachers of schools whose winners are from senior high schools (including) and below
will be commended by the relevant education administrative authorities of each county (including special municipalities) based on their responsibilities, as requested by this museum.
