II. Important Notes: We kindly request homeroom teachers to provide special assistance with the following matters::
After the books for each class are packed by the publisher, the student and staff association will help organize and place them in theCivics and History classrooms and subject classrooms on the first floor of the Chongxue Building.
(1) On the day of book collection, please have the class monitorlead at least 10students to carry the books back to the classroom for distribution. (When collecting books, please have the class monitor return to the class to assist with counting thenumber of packages)package count).
(2) Please unseal the books and have all students sign according to the actual number of books received.
(3)Vocational Skills and Physical Education, regardless of grade level, please go to the first floorCivics and History classroomto collect books.
When collecting books, please have the homeroom teacher designate one student to assist in counting the number of books for each class. If there are anyexcess or missing books, please record them on thefront of the book collection form, and after completing the book collection as a class, sign andreturn it on the same dayto the Library 1st Floor Joint Office.If there aremissing books, after the student and staff association confirms, they will be delivered to the class.
In special circumstances, if a student is absent and does not collect their books, please note "absent" on the signature line of the book collection form for that student. After collecting the books, please take them home immediately and keep them safe. Do not leave them in the classroom to prevent loss. Also, do not write in the books (including your name) until the start of classes. This is to avoid issues with the refund process for academic changes such as leave, withdrawal, or transfer. You will be responsible for any damage or loss.
