This matter is handled in accordance with Article113year8month26day school affairs meeting resolution on leave regulations, Article11and the Senior High School Student Learning Assessment Regulations, Article25Article.
Matters concerning the zero score calculation for third-year students with one-third absences or unexcused leaves:
(1) Absence and leave statistics period:

Leave slips from the start of the semester to 4month28day must be submitted by 4month29day. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

4month29day to 5month15day, please submit leave slips by 5month14day. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.

5month15day to 5month22day, please submit leave slips by 5month21day. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Third-year absence and leave statistics deadline:115year6month2day.
Zero score standard: During the statistical period, if the number of [absences and unexcused leaves] reaches one-third of the total class hours for that subject in the semester, the semester grade for that subject will be calculated as zero.
After each statistical settlement, absences and unexcused leaves will continue to be accumulated. Students are advised to attend classes as required and refrain from arbitrary absences or unexcused leaves.
Students are requested to complete the leave application process before the deadline for each stage to protect their rights. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted (special cases of illness or accidents will be handled separately).
