From January 21st to 23rd, 115th year, attendance will be taken by paper roll.

In response to the Ministry of Education's policy, the second semester of the 114th academic year will make up for the originally scheduled courses from February 1st to February 13th between January 21st and January 23rd. This necessitates adjustments to the semester's weekly schedule. The aforementioned changes will affect the academic affairs system's 'semester switching, weekly calculations, and calendar settings.' Furthermore, as the make-up course data has not yet been fully converted,
therefore,from January 21st to January 23rd,we will temporarily adoptpaper attendanceprocedures. Homeroom teachers are requested to remind the class discipline officer to collect the paper attendance sheets from the student affairs office's class cubby before the first class each day,before the first class,and return them to the attendance cubby in front of the student affairs office's clerk after school on the same day.after school, please return them to the attendance cubby in front of the student affairs office's clerk, your cooperation is appreciated. (If the discipline officer is absent, please have the vice-officer assist.)
