National Taipei University of Education is organizing the "115 Academic Year Bachelor's Post-Baccalaureate Credit Program for Full-time Elementary School Counselors"

I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1150043866, dated May 27, 115.
II. Eligibility:
(I) Graduates of universities or independent colleges accredited by the Ministry of Education with a bachelor's degree.
(II) In accordance with Article 2 of the "Enforcement Rules for the Student Counseling Act," one of the following conditions must be met:
1. Graduated from a public or private university in Taiwan with a major in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
2. Possess a certificate as a counseling psychologist.
3. Possess a certificate as a clinical psychologist.
III. Class Schedule: While maintaining the total number of class hours, the class dates are generally scheduled from September 15, 115, to December 31, 117. Classes will be held on weekdays and holidays during winter and summer breaks, or in the evenings (online) and on holidays during the semester, as a general principle. Depending on the course arrangements, some courses may need to be conducted on regular weekdays during the semester.
The actual class schedule will be based on the planning of the instructors.
IV. Application Method: Applications will open on June 22, 115. Please mail the application form and supporting documents as specified in the admission guidelines. The deadline is July 10, 115 (postmark date applies).
V. Selection Method: Review of written materials and an interview. All required forms and documents are detailed in the admission guidelines.
VI. Fee Standards: Tuition and miscellaneous fees for admitted students: NT$4,900 per credit hour, and NT$3,000 per semester for miscellaneous fees.
