Eligibility:
1. Graduates (including current year graduates) from public or private senior high schools or vocational high schools established by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, or graduates (including current year graduates) from overseas senior high schools or vocational high schools recognized by the Ministry of Education,
or those who meet the qualifications stipulated in Article 2 of the "Regulations Governing the Recognition of Qualifications Equivalent to University Entrance".

2. Must possess indigenous identity. The determination of indigenous identity shall be handled in accordance with Article 2 of the "Regulations for the Advancement of Indigenous Students and Overseas Study Grants for Indigenous Students".
