Please have each department/section thoroughly review the "Weekly" Inspection Form and report by taking photos every Friday, uploading them to the social platform for the Student Affairs Office to compile the data.
Submit the checked paper copy for compilation and retention at the "end of each month." Conduct regular cleaning inspections of long-term stagnant water areas every "three months" and submit the paper copy of the cleaning inspection comparison form.
