I. In accordance with the "Key Points for the Promotion and Service of Digital Resources of this Library."
II. To cultivate teachers' information literacy and digital reading application skills, this library accepts applications from various
organizations and schools for digital resource introduction courses offered by this library. These include on-site physical lectures,
online video lectures, and guided tours when visiting this library.
III. The following are the details and requests for cooperation regarding the application for this library's free online or on-site digital resource training courses:
(I) Course content: Explanation and operation of this library's digital resources.
(II) Lecturers: Members of this library's Digital Resource Promotion Team.
(III) Eligibility: Schools, public libraries, or other education-related organizations. Different organizations may combine applications for centralized lectures.
(IV) Target audience: Civil servants, primary and secondary school teachers, staff, and volunteers.
(V) Teaching methods and minimum number of participants:
1. On-site physical courses: Generally require a minimum of 35 participants.
2. Online video courses: Generally require a minimum of 20 participants.
IV. Application process: Please contact this library by phone or email to arrange the desired date. After confirming the available training dates, please submit a formal request for the training course and apply for a digital borrowing card 30 days prior to the event. The training course request should specify the applying organization, course activity name, venue, teaching method (on-site or online video), date and time, target audience, and number of participants.
V. Venue and facilities:
(I) On-site physical lectures: The applying organization must provide computers, internet access, audio equipment, microphones, and projection equipment, or a computer classroom with a teaching broadcast system.
(II) Online video lectures: The applying organization must have computers, internet access, and audio equipment, or a computer classroom with a teaching broadcast system.
VI. The applying organization is requested to cooperate in testing the network environment and completing the course questionnaire. Within one month after the course, please provide feedback on any extended promotional activities independently organized by your institution (not the results of the day's training) to complete the follow-up closure procedures.

五、場地設施:

備或具備教學廣播系統之電腦教室。
六、請申請單位配合測試網路環境及填寫課程問卷,並於課後1
個月內提供自行辦理之延伸推廣活動成果回饋予本館(非
當日研習成果),以完成後續結案事宜。
