The Hakka Affairs Council encourages all staff members to participate in Hakka language proficiency certification. A compensatory leave arrangement will be provided to colleagues who participate in the Hakka language proficiency certification at all levels for the year 115. Please refer to the attached document for details. Thank you.

If you participate in the Hakka language proficiency test, you will be granted official leave and compensatory leave. Please fill out the official leave request form in the attendance system (no travel expenses). Please enter the compensatory leave hours you can take based on the actual exam time, and upload the official document for approval (please collect it from the HR office) and the proof of attendance.
