The Ministry has amended and promulgated Articles of the "Regulations Governing Dismissal, Non-Renewal of Employment, Suspension, or Termination of Teachers in Public Senior and Junior High Schools" and Articles 5 and 6-1 of the "Regulations Governing Performance Evaluation of Teachers in Public Senior and Junior High Schools" by Order No. Tai-Jiao-Guo-Bu-Zi-Di-1146004422A on January 12, 115 of the Republic of China. Attached are copies of the promulgation order and the amended articles for your reference.
