Regarding the case where incumbent civil servants are appointed through nomination and recruitment according to Article 21 of the Enforcement Rules of the Civil Service Appointment Act, or are appointed as acting officers according to Article 21-1 and submitted for review within the time limit, the period of service obligation stipulated in Article 15 of the Civil Service Training and Study Act may be counted towards their service after reassignment.
