Human Resources Office - Announcement Message
The Ministry of Civil Service Order states that the "current agency" and the "other agency" to which a civil servant is to be transferred, as referred to in Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Civil Service Appointment and Employement Act, may be determined by the location of the office where the individual actually works in that agency. This is to determine whether it is in the same special municipality or county/city as the child's actual place of residence. Please be informed and forward this notice.
