I. Event Schedule
(1) Online Briefing Session: March 7, 2026 (Saturday), 14:30-15:30.
(2) Application Period: March 20, 2026 (Friday) to April 13, 2026 (Monday).
(3) Early Bird Feedback Period: March 20, 2026 (Friday) to March 25, 2026 (Wednesday).
(4) Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates: Mid-May 2026.
(5) Announcement of Winners: Early June 2026.
(6) Submission of Review Feedback, E-certificates/Certificates, and Award Acceptance Forms: Starting early June 2026.
(7) Award Distribution: For those who submit the award acceptance form and project display poster, awards will be sent out sequentially after the成果發表會 (Results Presentation Conference).
(8) Golden Achievement Results Presentation, Exchange, and Award Ceremony: Scheduled for mid-July 2026. Time and location to be determined.
II. Application Method
(1) Register and log in to the [e-Peer Collaborative Learning Platform].
(2) Click on the event banner at the top of the platform to enter the Golden Achievement Event Zone, fill out the application form, and submit your submission materials.
1. Submission Materials:
(1) Learning Portfolio: Submission files should be in PDF format, with a total file size limit of 4MB.
Please refer to the specifications announced by the Ministry of Education and provide a brief summary of about 100 words.
(2) One Authorization Consent Form: Please refer to Attachment 1 for details. It can also be downloaded from the Golden Achievement Event Zone.
2. The Golden Achievement Event Zone will be open starting March 20 (Friday) when submissions begin. Users of the e-Peer Collaborative Learning Platform Lite version can also access it.
3. After passing the qualification review, Huizhi will provide access to the e-Peer Plus version until July 31, 2026, allowing you to use all learning functions of the platform.
