National Taiwan University's 116th Academic Year Bachelor's Program "Special Talent Selection and Admission" and "Hope Admission" Separate Admission Information

I. The announcement of the admission information is scheduled to be released on October 1, 115 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM. Related information can be found on the National Taiwan University Admissions Information Network (https://www.admissions.ntu.edu.tw/).
II. A total of 30 departments (groups) are participating in the "Hope Admission" program, with a total of 50 admission quotas. This program recruits students who meet the qualifications of low-income households or middle-low-income households in the past three years, are approved as special circumstances families, are children of new immigrants, or are students from high schools in remote areas. Among these, students with the latter three qualifications must also meet National Taiwan University's income requirements for the year 114.
III. A total of 22 departments (groups) are participating in the "Special Talent Selection Admission" program, with a total of 70 admission quotas. This program recruits students with outstanding potential in specialized academic fields or professional technical fields.
IV. Students approved as low-income households or middle-low-income households in the year of application may apply for an exemption from the application fee. For related qualifications and application methods, please refer to the admission brochure.
V. Both of the above two admission programs require recommendation from the student's current school and do not accept self-applications. Therefore, eligible students are requested to register with the head of the registration section at the registration office between November 4 (Wednesday) and November 6 (Friday) before 5:00 PM. If the number of applicants exceeds the recommended quota per school, a screening and review process will be conducted. Applicants must prepare their relevant materials by the application deadline for the school to assist in uploading the review documents.
