📝 Job Requirements
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and record-keeping of relevant equipment in the plant.
Forklift operator and lifting load of three tons or more fixed crane operator certifications are preferred.
Experience or certification in equipment electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair is preferred.
Must be able to work on shifts, rotating shifts, and overtime. Some shifts offer daily allowances ranging from NT$150 to NT$400.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
💰 Salary and Leave
Monthly Salary: NT$36,000 and above (salary will be determined based on individual experience, qualifications, and certifications); requires shift work.
After passing the probation period, a special bonus will be awarded every six months, averaging NT$2,000 per month. Generous year-end bonuses, performance bonuses, and various benefits are also provided. (Average total bonuses over the past three years are over NT$300,000)

※ The final job title and salary will be determined after the interview and by company approval.
Monthly Leave: 8-11 days off per month, with at least 2 days of rest per week (including regular holidays and rest days). Annual leave will be in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

Certification Requirements: Class C Technician for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation and Repair, Class C Technician for Forklift Operation, Class C Technician for Industrial Wiring, Class C Technician for Indoor Wiring, Class C Technician for Power Distribution Line Installation and Repair, Aerial Work Platform Operator.
