(1) Theme: "Embroidered Cultures. Connected Bonds."
(2) Submission Period: From now until April 1, 116.
(3) Eligibility and Age Groups: Between 12 and 18 years old, divided into 2 age groups: 12-14 years old, and 15-18 years old.

(4) Award Categories: Classical Art, Digital Art, Photography, Music, Prose, and Poetry.
