Description:
I. In accordance with the letter from the Tainan City Government Tourism Bureau, No. 1151275516, dated August 20, 115.
II. The Tainan City Government Tourism Bureau will hold the "2026 Tainan Culinary Capital World Culinary Arts Challenge" (TWCAC) from October 26 to 28. Entering its third year, the TWCAC not only continues the highly acclaimed achievements of the previous two sessions but also comprehensively upgrades the competition structure and international positioning, continuing to build a representative world culinary arts competition brand in Asia. It invites culinary professionals from around the world to gather in Tainan to showcase culture through cuisine and connect the world through food.
III. The aforementioned competition introduces the "Tainan Imagery Bonus Mechanism," encouraging participants to incorporate Tainan's local ingredients, history, culture, urban landscapes, and human stories into their creations. This ensures that each dish is not only a demonstration of culinary skill but also an important medium for introducing Tainan to the world, fully embodying the spirit of "borderless cuisine, stories in culture." Culinary elites are welcome to gather in Tainan for exchange and competition.
IV. To enhance the promotional effectiveness of the aforementioned competition, please assist in disseminating the competition information. Registration is open from now until September 30 (Wednesday).
