Description:
I. To enhance the artificial intelligence (AI) tool usage capabilities of teachers in this city, and through the adjustment and modification of personal workflows, reduce administrative burdens and improve work efficiency, this bureau has specially arranged relevant online courses for teachers and education administrators to watch and study.
II. The relevant information for the aforementioned courses is as follows:
(I) Viewing time: Can be viewed unlimited times, on-demand, before July 31, 116 (Saturday).
(II) Viewing method: Log in to the Taoyuan City Digital Learning Promotion Office website (https://asset.tyc.edu.tw/) with your personal Open ID to watch. Please refer to the instructions for the steps: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d

(III) The courses are conducted in small units, which is convenient for educational colleagues to arrange their viewing time flexibly.
(IV) The courses include basic tutorials on the use of various AI tools, and can be watched and learned without any prior knowledge.
(V) After watching the online courses, if you wish to further understand the application of related tools, you can register for the physical workshop at 1:30 PM on September 30, 115 (Wednesday). III. When using AI tools, please comply with the "Personal Data Protection Act" and campus cybersecurity regulations. Do not upload students' personal sensitive data or unreleased official files to public generative AI models.
