Description:
I. Dr. Surya Ganguli is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Physics at Stanford University.
His research spans neuroscience, machine learning, and physics, and he has long focused on
how "intelligence" forms in the human brain and artificial neural networks.
II. In this lecture, Professor Ganguli will lead the audience in an accessible way to understand
the basic principles behind AI, exploring how the brain and machines learn, think, reason,
and imagine. Lecture information is as follows:
