Description:
1. Further to the Ministry's letter dated June 2, 115, Ref. No. Tai Jiao Zi (6) No. 1152701680,
to be processed (understood).
2. To enhance Taiwanese high school students' understanding of international climate change developments and response trends, through capacity building, field visits, and results presentations, students will be guided to
explore the impacts of climate change on society, economy, and the environment, and to develop
innovative action plans, hence the organization of the aforementioned camp.
3. Activity information is summarized below, please refer to the attached brochure for details:
(1) Recruitment Target: Teachers and students from senior high schools nationwide. Teams of 1 teacher and 2 to 3 students are invited to register. Each person can only participate in one team.
(2) Registration Method: Register online by filling out the online form from now until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, July 1, 115 (Registration URL:

). (3) Activity Flow: Selected teams will be guided by a team of scientists from MIT Media Lab to
focus on "AI Sustainable New Generation." Teams will operate AIoT sensing equipment developed by MIT for data collection and processing, in order to transform climate adaptationand mitigation ideas into concrete action plans. The results will be exhibited during the 5th Taiwan Climate Action Expo in 2026, and a presentation will be given at the "High School Student AI Net-
Zero Future Creation Camp Results Exhibition Competition."
(4) Preliminary Selection:
1. The review committee will review the registration information to determine the list of selected participants, which will be announced on the "Climate Change Education Information Platform / Latest News" before Tuesday, July 7, 115.
2. Each member of the selected teams that complete the two pre-workshop sessions will receive a certificate of participation from the Ministry.
(5) Final Selection:
1. After the selected teams exhibit their results and present their competition entries at the 5th Taiwan Climate Action Expo in 2026, the judging panel will select the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and honorable mention teams.
2. Each member of the winning teams will receive a certificate of award from the Ministry. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and honorable mention teams will receive prize money of NT$10,000, NT$8,000, NT$6,000, and NT$3,000 respectively.

(五)複選:
1、錄取隊伍於2026第五屆臺灣氣候行動博覽會展示成果
並進行競賽發表後,由評審團遴選第1名、第2名、第3
名及佳作各1組。
2、獲獎隊伍每名成員由本部頒發獎狀1紙;第一名、第二
名、第三名及佳作隊伍分別頒發團隊獎金新臺幣(以下
同)1萬元、8,000元、6,000元及3,000元。
