Soochow University is organizing the "28th National High School Japanese Speech Contest." Please find attached the regulations, registration form, recommendation list, and speech format example. Students are encouraged to participate actively.

Description:
I. This year's Japanese speech contest will be held in two stages: preliminary and final. The registration deadline is September 16, 115 (Wednesday) (based on system display time). The preliminary results will be announced on September 25, 115 (Friday), and the final date is October 17, 115 (Saturday).
II. Competition venue: Soochow University, Waishuangxi Campus.
III. Detailed information regarding the competition will be posted on the website of the Department of Japanese Language and Literature of our university.
