1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter No. 1150055517, dated June 8, 115.

2. It will be announced on the competition's official website by October 18, 115, whether live creation will be piloted.
If live creation is to be piloted, the pilot categories, guidelines, time,
and location will also be announced.
3. Please strengthen the promotion of correct intellectual property concepts and creative attitudes among participating students and their supervisors.
Read the key points and competition rules carefully to understand the responsibilities related to creative participation. Do not
infringe on others' copyrights, or engage in imitation, plagiarism, ghostwriting, or clear misappropriation of others'
creativity, or any other violation of the competition rules.
