Details:
I. This association is collaborating with nine organizations this year: the National Biological Sample and Data Center of the National Applied Research Laboratories, the Department of Public Affairs of the University of Taipei, the Taiwan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Xingzhong Junior High School in Yilan County, the Yilan County Life Education Center, the National Chung Hsing University USR Center (under the project "Love Without Borders: Reducing Stray Animal Population and Practicing Animal Welfare"), Neighbor's Fresh Eggs, Yuchen Algae Good Eggs, and the Taiwan Society for Animal and Human Studies. Together, we are organizing five sessions of animal protection teacher training. This event focuses on animal issues, emphasizing the implementation of animal protection within life education, science education, and food and agriculture education. The theme for this year is "Let's Protect Them Together," hoping to lead teachers to re-understand the meaning of "protection." More importantly, each session includes visits to animal-friendly institutions and invites professionals with rich practical experience in animal protection to serve as guides. We hope to inspire teaching creativity and motivation through lectures and visits, leading to more in-depth and practical discussions on integrating animal protection education.
II. Brief information for each session is as follows:
(I) Session 1: Implementing Animal Protection in Life Education - Taipei & New Taipei Area
1. Dates: July 1st (Wednesday) to July 3rd (Friday).
2. Lecturers: Yi-Ning Tsai (Manager, International Strategy Development Department, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Lawyer), Tsung-Chieh Huang (Professor, Department of Chinese Literature, National Dong Hwa University), Chien-Wen Liu (Former Animal Protection Inspector with 5 years of experience), Kai-Ling Huang (Research Director, Life Conservation Association, Consultant for Taichung City Animal Protection), Chao-Hsun Hsu (Manager, Ruifang District Public Animal House, Director, Taiwan Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Dog Behavior Trainer), Shun-Tzu Chang (Keeper and Guide, Houtong Cat Village).

(II) Session 2: Implementing Animal Protection in Life Education - Kaohsiung Area
1. Dates: July 8th (Wednesday) to July 10th (Friday).
