Description:
I. Summary of the activity registration information is as follows:
(I) Registration qualifications:
1. Students in the first and second grades of senior high schools nationwide (including students participating in non-school-based experimental education in the senior high school education
stage) and students in the first to third grades of five-year junior colleges
who are currently enrolled.
2. Registered participants should obtain an English proficiency certificate that meets the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

(II) Registration notice:
1. The registration period is from March 16 to April 30, 115 (2026), and registration is done online.

2. In principle, please register by the county or city where your school is located. Each district is expected to admit
84 students, and 10 students will be selected from each district for overseas study tours in the winter of 116 (2027).
3. This activity is organized by district, and the training schedule for each district is as follows:
(1) District 1: July 13 (Monday) to July 17 (Friday), 115 (2026).

II. To facilitate teachers and students' understanding of the activity content, the Ministry will hold an online briefing session. Related information is as follows:

(II) Participants: School teachers, administrative staff, and students.
(III) Registration method: Online registration (registration URL:https://forms.gle
/Pq2aj9BywyDnmqPy6), the registration period is from now until March 4, 115 (2026)
(Wednesday) at 5:00 PM. Registration will close once the capacity (250 people) is reached.
(IV) After completing the registration, the meeting link will be provided via email.
(V) A recording of the briefing session will be posted on the "Diplomatic Little Envoy" section of the National Luodong Senior High School website after the session.
