The Ministry of Education's "115th Academic Year Campus Open Document Format (ODF) Competition Guidelines" (see attachment) encourages teachers and students to actively register and participate. Please be advised.

Description:
1. To cooperate with the Executive Yuan's promotion of ODF (Open Document Format) and encourage high school, vocational, and university/college faculty and students to participate in ODF promotion, this competition is specially organized.
2. The competition details are as follows:
(1) Competition Categories
1. Faculty/Staff Category: Full-time or part-time faculty and staff from universities, colleges, high schools, and vocational schools are eligible to participate (each team 1-3 people, with at least 1 person being full-time or part-time faculty).
2. Student Category: Currently enrolled students from universities, colleges, high schools, and vocational schools are eligible to participate (principle of 1-3 people per team).
3. Student Category: Currently enrolled students from universities, colleges, high schools, and vocational schools are eligible to participate (principle of 1-3 people per team).
(2) Registration and Supporting Document Upload Period: From now until July 8, 115 (Republic of China calendar).
(3) Judging Method: Divided into preliminary and final rounds. The preliminary round will judge the data and works uploaded by the participating teams. Those who pass will enter the final round. The final round will be judged through on-site presentations by faculty, students, and representatives. Participating teams whose ODF achievement supporting documents are reviewed by the judges and meet the qualifications and demonstrate relevant achievements will be provided with a certificate of participation by the organizing unit.

(三)評審方式：分初賽及決賽，初賽以參賽隊上傳之資料及
作品進行評審，通過後進入決賽；決賽由教師、學生代
表現場簡報進行評審。參賽隊伍經評審委員檢視ODF成果
佐證資料，如符合資格且具相關成效者，由承辦單位提
供參賽證明。
