Description:
I. To facilitate the "Advanced Vocational High School Students Pre-enrollment in University Courses" program, we are opening applications to students from our partner schools with signed Memoranda of Understanding, as well as students from the affiliated vocational high school of NTUT, to pre-enroll in university courses at our institution.
II. Eligibility: Currently enrolled students from partner schools. Each student is limited to a maximum of six credits per semester for pre-enrollment. The enrollment quota for each course is generally capped at 5 students. The admission committee of each academic department will review the list of qualified students for each subject.
III. Required Documents: Applicants must first obtain parental consent. Submit the application form and academic transcripts for all previous years. Those seeking tuition waivers must provide relevant supporting documents (e.g., certificates, awards, proof of financial hardship).
IV. Submission Deadline: Please have the designated personnel from partner schools and the affiliated vocational high school of NTUT mail the application materials to the Academic Affairs Division, Curriculum Section of our university (Address: No. 1, Sec. 3, Zhongxiao E. Rd., Da'an Dist., Taipei City 106) by January 20, 2026. The postmark date will be considered the submission date. Before mailing, please email the electronic file of "Consolidated List of Student Course Selections" (Attachment 8) to: sylee@mail.ntut.edu.tw. Contact Person: Ms. Shu-Yuan Lee. Attached are relevant documents for your reference, including "NTUT's Operational Guidelines for Advanced Vocational High School Students Pre-enrollment in University Courses," "Operational Schedule for Advanced Vocational High School Students Pre-enrollment in University Courses," "Eligibility Requirements for Advanced Vocational High School Students Applying for Courses by Department," "Instructions for Using the Course Inquiry System," and "Application Form for Advanced Vocational High School Students Pre-enrollment in University Courses."
審委員會審查各科目之合格學生名單。
三、應備資料：欲申請者，應先取得家長同意書，檢具申請表
乙份及歷年成績單；欲減免學分費者，須提出相關證明文
件影片(證照、獲獎證明、清寒證明等)。
四、繳交日期：請夥伴學校及北科附工之承辦單位於115年1月
20日前，將申請資料寄至本校教務處課務組(地址：106臺
北市大安區忠孝東路三段一號)，以郵戳為憑。寄送前，請
將附件八「學生選課名單彙整表」電子檔先行寄至：
sylee@mail.ntut.edu.tw，承辦人李淑媛小姐，聯絡方
式：02-2771-2171分機1135。
五、檢附「本校辦理高級職業學校學生預修大學課程作業要
點、高職學生預修大學課程作業時程表、各系班高職生申
請修課資格說明表、課程查詢系統操作說明、高職學生預
修大學課程選課申請表」等相關表件供參。
