I. Purpose:
To inform about the "2026 12th Kaohsiung Cup Ocean Sustainability Culinary Creative Competition" organized by the Chinese International Bartenders Association and co-organized by Chang Jung Christian Community College. We encourage students interested in culinary arts, bartending, and ocean sustainability creativity to actively register and participate to win honor!
II. Competition Information:
1. Competition Date: October 1, 2026 (Thursday)
2. Competition Venue: Crystal Banquet Kaohsiung, Tali Building, Galaxy Hall (No. 8, Zhongqin Road, Qianzhen District, Kaohsiung City)
3. Participants: Students from universities, colleges, high schools, and vocational schools nationwide, as well as industry professionals.
4. Registration Deadline: From now until September 11, 2026 (Friday) (Late submissions will not be accepted, and recipe changes are not permitted).
5. Registration Method: Please mail the complete registration form, registration fee, and recipe ownership consent form together to the Chinese International Bartenders Association (Address: 2F-5, No. 163, Linsen 1st Road, Xinxing District, Kaohsiung City, 800).
