🎬 Students, here's your chance to showcase your audiovisual creation and cross-disciplinary talents!
To encourage young students to combine music and visuals for their creations, the Department of Communication Arts at Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages and Foreign Trade is hosting the second "Golden Electric Light - National Youth MV Competition." Whether you're passionate about photography, skilled in editing, or full of ideas for directing and filming, all teams are welcome to sign up and take on the challenge! The total prize money for this competition is up to NT$240,000, with the first prize winner taking home NT$50,000. Quickly find like-minded partners and create a fantastic MV to capture your youth!
📌 Key Competition Information:
1. Eligibility: All currently enrolled high school and vocational school students in Taiwan.
2. Submission Period: From July 6, 2026, to October 15, 2026.
3. Work Specifications: Must be an "Original Music Video (MV)" filmed after January 1, 2026. The video length must not exceed 8 minutes.
4. Music Usage: You may negotiate original licensing for music, use your own original compositions, or select music from the "Official Music Library" provided by the organizers (a total of 12 songs) as the musical element for your video.
5. Prizes: Total prize money of NT$240,000. The first prize for the high school/vocational group winner is NT$50,000.
